I ordered something it was apparently dispatched but returned to depot with no card left at my house, I then get in touch and its being sent out again waited for 5 days and asked for a refund now being ignored. I would give this company no stars but I can't. Avoid this company!Edit: now my email for a refund has been ignored twice yet customer service representative will look into it? How can you reply to a review but not an email in your inbox?I haven't received the product or my refund!

Made two orders, items have not arrived, have sent several emails to customer service with just one response saying they’re working on it!!!Emailed twice since with no response. I will be raising a dispute with my bank on Thursday, Do NOT buy from this site unless you want to be out of pocket.Also telephone number on their website is for a garage in uk somewhere they told me they’re receiving 3/4 calls a day with people missing orders, total scam!!!!Updated review: I am giving you one day to process my refund for both of my orders or I will be reporting your website to trading standards, there’s clearly a big scam going on hereNow received a shipped order from dpd but dpd have not received the parcel, total scam still reporting website to trading standards tomorrow!! Disgusting!!

Would not reccomend ordering from here. I have emailed the customer service team 4-5 times with no response whatsoever. Not even a we are looking in to it. Wanting this present for fathers day but so fat looking very unlikely I'll receive it by then. Paid for 6 day shipping and its been well over two weeks since I ordered. Tried phoning thr company but the phone number on the email goes to a banking investment firm. Not very happy at all

Had a great experience ordering from Elite drinks, my order came on time perfectly for my friends birthday, I needed to add to my order and they got back to me straight away. Would recommend!

Order confirmed, 2-3 express shipping paid for. A week later; no delivery and no response from customer service.Today, I tried calling them. The number on their website site is for a random garage in England. They’ve been receiving dozens of Elites calls all week and have just started advising customers to cancel their credit card charges, so as they’re not being scammed. They’ve allegedly tried getting Elite to change the number on their website but haven’t received any response either.UPDATE: I received info from Evri on Tuesday that they were expecting my package. It’s still not been received by them, and Elite Drinks customer service have told me (the same day) that DPD have confirmed they’ve received my package but won’t give me any tracking information. Absolutely scamming. I think it’s safe to assume I’m not receiving anything from them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!Placed an order from this company and no update on delivery. Contacted via email, IG, called (no answer) and even took the time during my trip to stop by their 'location' when I was on my trip - The location provided is an office, which is sourced out by multiple people/entities - and did not know about EliteDrinks.Through IG, i was told it would be delivered on another day, but nothing was so I finally requested a Refund, but no contact after that. I finally had to call my CC company and cancel the charge to get my money back, then they reached out telling me they refund will come through my CC charge cancellation. (facepalm)This company is not ethical - NOT AT ALLP.S. If you are in the UK area, go to their location provided (1st floor 85 Great Portland St, London W1W 7LT, United Kingdom) and see for yourself.

Will be cancelling the credit card charge if not contacted soon.UPDATE: was contacted by an employee after posting this and informed that no deliveries would be going out this week due to shortages. Something that could have been conveyed to me after placing the order, or after my multiple emails to the company asking for help. One star stands. Lets see if my order arrives at all.

I ordered a bottle of gin for my Dad as a Father's Day gift on 11/6/2023. I paid for express delivery. As of today (19/6/2023) the order is still pending and nothing has been shipped. I tried calling the phone number on my email confirmation, the number belongs to a totally unrelated company. The man said they are receiving many calls from Elite Drinks customers. DO NOT USE ELITE DRINKS, they do not deliver what you order and you cannot contact them. I have raised a dispute with my credit card provider.

This company is a con DON'T use them. I ordered on the 20th June my order still hasn't been posted. 3 days of emailing & filling in their contact form & still no reply. Left a comment on their Facebook page & they deleted it. Messaged through Facebook they have seen the message but don't reply.Wish I had googled the reviews for this company before I placed an order.I want my money back!Your own website states reply within 24 hours not 72. After leaving this review I was finally contacted & Apparently will get refund on the 4th July. I don't see why I should have to wait until then also going by other reviews on here & trust pilot I don't hold out much hope of getting it.So it's the 4th July & surprise, surprise no refund. Messages & emails being ignored.Seriously avoid this company.

DO NOT USE!!!Placed an order at the end of last month which was supposed to have arrived last week, it has still not turned up, nor have I received any form of tracking information from the company despite contacting them on all social media platforms and waiting on hold on the phone for 1 whole hour for nobody to respond or pick up. When I’ve clicked on the link, again, to contact them, it takes me to a site to say it is unavailable which leads me to think the entire company is a scam. I’ve paid a lot of money for my order, and the service has been quite poor.. or should I say nonexistent, especially given the recent circumstances with the cost of living etc. Not all of us have the money to just throw away, and possibly be scammed when you’ve placed an order and it to never arrive or be contacted further from the people you ordered it from. The company could really do to be more on the ball with responding to ALL customers, and not allowing an order to be accepted if they are understaffed or know that they’re not able to get the order out. Seems like they’re happy to just take your money and run. Would generally reconsider if you’re wanting to purchase from them, especially because they’re still able to post on their Facebook page/Instagram, but not answer to their phone calls and emails.
