The Van was new and clean. Customer service was great. I called a few times and got advice and changed details no problem. There were no quibbles with dropping the van off and the deposit was refunded promptly. All at a reasonable price.

Hard to find but good service

Thursday 25th April 5.30pm - 6pm. Registration SH65 XCZ. Van driving recklessly, dangerously and at excess speed around M8 Glasgow Airport/A737/Johnstone/ Brookfield area. Then entered a new housing estate in Brookfield Renfrewshire where children were playing in the vicinity. Perhaps you shouldn’t rent vehicles to such dangerous individuals. Your name is on van so as a result you are tarnished with poor feedback unfortunately. This individual has not helped your reputation with his driving manner in one of your vehicles. Left open to potentially write off one of your company vehicles or cause serious injury to innocent bystanders. How would your insurers feel about such conduct? Hopefully you will be able to ban him from utilising the company services in the future. I trust this information helps in tracing the individual concerned to deal with internally or for you to inform the Police about his reckless conduct in control of a motor vehicle. Disgraceful.
