Registered at this practice. Significant private dental work undertaken then referred to hospital for complex oral surgery. Covid hit. I needed dental treatment so tried to make an appointment as I thought I was still a patient. No further appointments had been sent by practice and I assumed it was due to lockdown. When I phoned to make an appointment I was told I was no longer a patient! When I asked why, I was told by a pompous receptionist that it was my responsibility to keep making appointments. ( even during lockdown????) She sounded like she was giving me a telling off! Wouldn’t give me another ‘emergency’ appointment and said I’d have to wait until next year as they are too busy and not taking on any patients. I was totally dumbfounded by the attitude. I moved to Carmarthen from London and I have to say this attitude was shocking. I’ve now gone to another private dental practice who have been totally professional, polite and actually seem to care.

Excellent caring practice with knowledgeable dentists. I highly recommend them.I've always had brilliant treatment from this practice. They put the patient first and foremost, explaining why certain procedures are being done.

Excellent service throughout my visit today. Friendly and knowledgeable reception team. The dentist was brilliant, went through all treatment costs and what will be involved. Freeman & Rosser have done really well with the current Covid-19 restrictions. I felt very safe and the environment was immaculate. The team work very hard in these difficult times.

A new practice for myself and feeling quite nervous with a complexed treatment plan required Dr M Cox, Hannah Jones, Anne Phillips and the team have been amazing. I am treated with care, and everything is explained in detail. Also, the results are now on the way to giving me a happier smile :-))

This is a wonderful dental practice. Everyone is friendly and put me at my ease as going to the dentist can raise my anxiety levels. They are professionals of the highest order and tell you what they are doing every step of the way. Competetively priced with other local dentists. Would highly recommend.

Excellent professional and friendly practice. Always able to get an appointment quickly and easily. Recently had implants fitted with their specialist Dr. Martyn Cox. Very happy with the outcome and have confidence it's been done well and that they will last a long time.
