Polite and friendly service..clean and tidy..cafe upstairs has a lift when it's working..stairs..seating area upstairs..lots of different types of books and maps and reading materials..lots of variety..definitely worth a visit..

I really like this Waterstones, it is quite small but crammed with books. Staff are very helpful. My only gripe is that I like to read quite niche military history books and it doesn't have many of these but that is more because of my specific interests. A good shop
