I booked him for the mold removal service for Tuesday afternoon, I received an email saying they were now going to come wednesday morning today they have not turned up and won't reply to my emails or phone messages. Would not recommend or trust again.

Gutted, as read the reviews and thought they were great. An hour late with no text as to where they were, I finally got a text saying delayed due to weather after I texted them to enquire as to where they were. Three hours later, no sign or answer to my messages, so had to text to say don't bother. Really poor experience and customer service. Let's hope it's a one off, but I certainly won't be using them (I'd put again, but we didn't even get chance to for the first time!)

Originally arranged valet for the 18th December. They asked to rearrange to the Friday between 11am & 12pm, I agreed. No one turned up. I messaged them and received no response. gave them a further 3 hours still nothing. Now sent them a text cancelling. Poor Communication wouldn't recommend.

Did a great job of my mums car. she had been hoarding food and it had all gone rotten, the car was filthy inside. I have no idea how they managed to get the stains out!!! Nice lads, very professional and polite.

I booked for my motorhome to be valeted two weeks ago for this morning and they never showed up, I stayed in all morning, messaged them with no reply, poor service and unprofessional not to even communicate. I wouldn't recommend this company.
