Jim was incredibly helpful to sort my wife's laptop which wasn't charging. He was really busy and still made time to solve the mystery for us. Always at the end of the phone and offered great advice.

Honestly such a life saver! I blocked myself out of my own iCloud account when I was abroad and 07 heaven was my only hope! Apple locked my account for 3 weeks and I couldn't access anything, bank accounts, work, emails. They weren't helpful at all, and said I'd just have to wait which is so ridiculous so without 07 heaven I would have had to buy a new phone and set an entire new iCloud up and lose everything!!!It only took less than 20 minutes and I was in. I've been here for phone repairs too and my friends recommend him too!! I wouldn't hesitate to go back, friendly, efficient service. I don't know what I would have done without this!!!

We'd definitely recommend. Jim was super helpful, communicative and explained our issue - which wasn't actually an issue - very clearly. The pricing for the repair we expected but didn't actually need was also excellent (Nintendo Switch Lite port) and we will definitely feel safe bringing gadgets that are actually broken in future. :)

Jim (I believe) was very busy fixing a phone, but listened to our problem with unlocking our phone, dropped what he was doing and sorted it right away. At no cost even!

We are very happy with the excellent service we have received from here - after using them to fix an issue with my mum’s phone previously we went straight here when my son’s Xbox was knocked off a shelf and stopped working. The problem was identified immediately and within 3 working days we have a fully functional Xbox again! The price was extremely reasonable and a fraction of the cost of a new console! I would highly recommend them and would return again if needed.

Jim has been most helpful for any of my laptop issues. He has been very thorough and helped me understand any faults and how he has fixed them. I would definitely recommend him and will use him for future jobs. Thanks Jim!

I can't rate this business highly enough. My husband broke his Samsung S21 5G screen when falling after collapsing while in hospital for a major tumour removal. Without contact with him my stress levels were super high.After a quick conversation the owner offered to pick the phone up for me and drop it back at my house again as I lived nearby. I said I'd drop in at lunch time and he had the new screen fixed within an hour. Such a fast and perfect service. Thank you so much.

I called 07 today in a right panic as I had left my laptop charger at an office miles away. This lovely gentleman offered to lend me one until I manage to get mine back from the office next week.This just shows what a genuine honest man he is. Many others would have taken the opportunity to sell me something that they already knew I had.Many thanks, and very much appreciated .

Brought my phone to him it wasn’t turning on and the back was all smash. He told me straight away it can be fixed. Couple days later I go back down and my phone looks brand new and is even working better than it was before it broke. Recommend to anyone.
