We are very grateful for all the dedication and time John has given to our boiler drama! Unusual to come across such a reliable, knowledgeable and approachable tradesman. He was very sympathetic of our situation and careful to investigate thoroughly, proactive at attending our house across multiple days each time the boiler failed. All costings were transparent and more than fair. We are now the proud owners of a shiny new Worcester Bosch and a warm house in time for Christmas! Thanks for being so understanding and attentive and providing such an excellent service. Your apprentice Carl was also very friendly and did a good job. Very neat, efficient and quality workmanship. John is a really good guy. Always on time, good craftsmanship, tidy and really good value for money. I would recommend John to anyone for any work that needs doing!
