The owner is a really horrible woman and the staff need training better. I also think that they have a problem with women of colour.

One of the best nail shops in Nottingham. Somehow they manage to do your nails to the highest standard but also really quickly? I had a soak off and a new full set in just over an hour! Magic!!! 100% would recommend.

The best nail salon I have ever been to. Ever since moving to Notts they have been my ride or die, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are so accommodating and friendly and always do amazing nails. They are quick but still manage to make the nails look amazing. The staff are so kind and lovely, they are such wonderful family and friends. It is a genuine pleasure to have my nails done there. I will never use another nail salon! I’d give them 1000 stars if I could.

first time i have been here and loved it. i went for a walk in and came to me straight away, they were incredibly nice and sweet. i love my nails and look exactly like the photo i showed them for inspiration. will definitely come again!

First Class, been to many nail techs in nottz and derby but Ocean Nails is a cut above the rest. Precision on point,who cares about minor negative comments they are top notch and would highly recommend

I went in for an infill appointment. The waiting time was OK despite having booked an appointment. I waited nine minutes before I was taken in but was OK though since they do walk-ins more often. I had 4 broken nails (they charge £2 extra for broken ones) and wanted a French manicure so with student discount and it cost me £27. The person who did my nails Tony/Cao was very nice, quick and did an amazing job. The rest of the staff were also very friendly and nice. The studio is very cosy and clean and the seating is comfortable.

I needed a last minute acrylic removal and my usual nail salon was shut so I decided to go here since it closes later than most. Salon was decent but have to give a low rating due to careless drilling of my nails. I have been getting acrylics for about 2 years so I know my natural nails aren’t in the greatest condition but the experience was rushed and my nails even a week later feel so weak with one nail having a cut through it so not been able to get my nails redone yet. I don’t see myself to return here sadly but I did notice they have lots of colours to choose from!
