We booked Steve for a Level 3 building survey. Steve's survey was super thorough, very useful, and easy to follow. He was very helpful on the phone both before and after the survey, and was happy to answer follow-up questions that arose many weeks later via solicitors. As a smaller company, it definitely felt like Steve's approach was more personal and bespoke than you'd get with a bigger company. We would definitely recommend to anyone.

Stephen recently carried out a Level 2 HomeSurvey for us. From the outset the process was clearly explained and we were impressed with the high level of efficiency and professionalism. The report was received very promptly (within 2 days) and was informative and easy to follow. We also appreciated the calls before and after the survey in addition to communication via email. Very good value and would definitely recommend to others.
