I am delighted with my floor. The team did an excellent job. They couldn't have been more helpful fitting my job in, excellent comunication, customer service and polite on the day. I was amazed how clean the job was and far, far better equipment than I could have hired myself. Everyone who has visited has commented on the lovely floor, right down to delivery drivers. I would 100% recommend Ilkley Floor Care and not hesitate to use them again. So glad to have found an honest family firm. A few photos to show the finish and a before pic for good measure. Highly recommend these guys! They completely transformed our hallway, dining room and living room, stripping existing laminate and carpets, before sanding and sealing the existing floorboards underneath. They also added skirting boards throughout. Communication was quick and timely, the work had a fast turnaround, and the team friendly and professional. We couldn't be more pleased with the result, don't hesitate to book these guys!!

The service provided by the Ilkley team was exceptional. They restored original pine plank flooring in the bedrooms and stairwell of my old cottage and the results are fantastic. The initial communication and scheduling with Sue and Zoe was excellent and they explained the whole process very clearly. I was really surprised at how quickly and efficiently the work was completed. Mark, Tasha and Peter work as a very tight team and are all highly professional. They are very knowledgeable and forthcoming in answering questions. I would recommend Ilkley Floor Care without hesitation...in fact they are coming back to do further work next week.

It was a pleasure to deal with the team at Ilkey Floor Care. I say a team, but it is a family orientated company which was a large part of the attraction. I was looking at having my oak floor being given a new lease of life after 20 years. I had seen the type of work that they had carried and this was perfect. Everyone was very easy to deal with them and were very prompt in helping. I contacted Sue initially and explained what I was looking for. The price offered was very competitive and I knew that the service would be excellent and I was not disappointed.Peter came round to talk me through what the work would entail and explained the pro's and con's of what he would recommend. As I was not sure of the colour stain to use, Peter came round again to show me the different samples which was very helpful.Once the work had started, I felt very comfortable with Peter and Natasha, his daughter, as they carried out the work. They were both very careful as well as meticulous and left very little residual dust if any from the floor sanding. As I had to go to work, I had no problem, leaving the door unlocked for them to go about the work and this made everything very much straight forward.The aftercare and help has been very helpful and I know I will be contact with them again whenever I need any further work of this type

Very impressed by the quality of work by Ilkley Floor Care, Mark, Peter, and Tasha certainly know their stuff!!I had 15-year-old oak flooring that started to show its age, the guys sanded, varnished, and then lacquered the flooring in 3 days, and the flooring now looks new. Highly recommended.

We’d had done building work done to make an open living space but wanted to keep our original oak flooring. Pete and Tasha made no issue of replacing missing boards to match existing then sanding and refinishing our kitchen, diner hall and utility to a standard that looks better than new. They were prompt, friendly, professional and made the whole process seamless from start to finish. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic service from this family company. Responded really quickly with their quote and turned up exactly on time to carry out renovating the floor. They worked diligently and very tidily and we are absolutely delighted with the finish. Highly recommended!

From start to finish our experience with the team at Ilkley Floors was professional and thorough.We knew we were very lucky to have found 110 year old pitch pine floorboards when we removed the horror of layer after layer of laminate flooring, but we had no idea they could be brought to life in a such a fantastic way as this.We were recommended Ilkley Floors by friends who had parquet flooring restored, and we are so glad we took the plunge and spent the money. Even the awkward areas inside fitted cupboards are done beautifully.The quoting was done accurately and well, and the team were polite, courteous and punctual.5 well deserved stars from a happy customer!
