My friend recommended this place to me after he was after a replacement device. The girl there was very helpful with recommendations for both my friend and myself. We are both happy with our devices and liquid choices. She was very knowledgeable and made sure I was happy and comfortable with using it before I left. I felt very looked after, thank you!

I have recently quit smoking cigarettes , mainly thanks to the help of the amazing staff at VPZ Worcester. They took the time to help me make a decision about which vape would best suit me, they knew all of their products extremely well and were able to help me find a vape that suited me. They told me that if I had any issues I could happily pop back and see them and they would be happy to help! I constantly go back due to the great products offered but also the staffs knowledge and always kind and friendly attitudes!

Staff seriously lacking knowledge of thier own products. When asked about liquid flavours they were unable to assist. When my friend purchased a device from there she was given the wrong coils and they didn't listen at all to her preferances in a device. The staff were unfriendly and uninterested. Not to mention that if you do not purchase thier deals you are being over charged. They want to charge you for everything, including thier own loyalty card, which you need in order to get the nicshots, or they charge you for them too. Seriously wouldn't bother.
