Poor customer service and very poor product. Vinyl flooring easier to rip than paper (no joke, can rip by hands without even trying). It wasn’t even cheap. Total joke, avoid at all costs.

Got laminate flooring recently and service was good. Plenty of choice at reasonable price. Only negative was I had a full pack too much and company don't do refunds.. seems a waste to have to dump it.

Just had my kitchen flooring laid, I honestly can't thank you enough. Guys were very professional and well mannered, left the kitchen spotless after they had finished. Would definitely recommend 5*

James, the Manager at Carpetways Motherwell supplied everything we needed for sale of our house in Hamilton.We then contacted him on our purchase of our luxury flat at Mearnskirk as we were downsizing. James steered us in the direction we needed to go with both LVT ( luxury vinyl tiles) and also where to carpet.Before you jump in, consult James.I have recommended James to family and friends.Maureen Halliday

Terrible experience, for my daughter who bought living room and stair carpet when fitters came to lay carpet told her couldn't fit on stairs. As needed repaired which she had done next day after several calls and let downs, they finally agreed yesterday to come and fit it today only for me to visit and see they have NOT put door bars back down what is that all about ? Carpet Ways ,good job I wasn't there at the time they are now about to lose out on more orders from myself and other daughter due to shody workmanship have used before many times with small prob off wrong lino laid use need to up your game carpet ways use have went totally downhill ! this was Motherwell store .
