If you're going for the views then it's worth every penny. If you're going for the golf then I wouldn't bother. Don't get me wrong it must be very difficult to keep the course in good condition given the weather & location, but if you expect it to be like the photos on the website then you will be very disappointed. The tees & greens were in very poor condition when we played, and the course marking could be improved !

Experience wild links golf at a course with simply amazing views, that's what Harris offers. The course condition is so-so and there are only 9 holes but it simply does not matter. The views over the sea, beach and surrounding hills are fantastic. Its £20 for a day ticket. Note that like everything in Harris, the course is closed on Sundays.

One of the best settings for golf anywhere in the world. I always love getting out on the links on the Isle of Harris, and the course is looking fantastic. To steal The Open Championships tagline, this place really is Forged By Nature". Such an amazing place which is a credit to everyone involved

Love this course! Yes it’s often very windy and rainy but the course is really great and has been improved beyond recognition by the people of Harris. I know this because I played it 20 years ago when there were sheep still grazing on the 5th green!
