Very professional. They got me in same day, without an appointment, which was a huge lifesaver. My cut looked great, Lisa really took the time to understand what I needed and worked with me.

DO NOT RECOMMEND !I never ever ever complain but the customer service, I have received was awful. It was my best friends wedding day and I was really looking forward to looking my best. However, after getting a text about my appointment when I turned up not only had they cancelled it but did not even know that I had an appointment. The lady was rude and in no way sympathetic, and did not even help me get another appointment in time for the big day.IF they truly cared about their customers, they would have helped me get an appointment before the wedding.

I ventured into town for the first time in months since lockdown. The adaptions within the salon made us feel safe and still welcome. Lauren was wonderful as always. Great to be back to the usual 5 star treatment. Thank you.

After moving to the area and having used my former hairdresser for many years, Iconic was recommended to me by a lady in the Estate Agents.From the moment I went in I was made to feel comfortable and confident that my Stylist knew what she was talking about. I love going in regularly for my colour and cut; the atmosphere in there is terrific and the staff friendly yet professional. The coffee is not half bad either!I would highly recommend Gareth and his team. Every client leaves with fabulous hair and a smile on their face!

I so rarely write negative reviews but on this occasion I really feel its necessary...My last appointment a few months ago was cancelled as my hairdresser was ill (completely understandable but was short notice on the day so a little disappointing). I work full time with a family so attending appointments for me means days off/arranging childcare etc. Booked another appointment timed for the day before my 30th, on the Saturday before (5 days prior) I was informed James the salon manager and stylist I was booked with had left the business and they needed to reschedule. They knew why I was booked in and said they would try and get someone to honour the appointment on that day and call me back. No one called me back... I resigned myself to not finding a stylist in time prior to my birthday. The day before my appointment was due I finally recieved a call to say they could fit me in after all, this appointment was booked. Turned up at my appointment on time to be told my stylist was off sick. They claimed to have called and emailed me, I checked my call log infront of them (nothing) and no email either, just their marketing emails. To say I'm upset that I've been left in this situation is an understatement. Poor communication, failure to call back when promised, no cancellation until I'm stood there at the time of the appointment is just not what you'd expect from a salon.Previously I could never fault their ability but the consistent unreliability of their appointments let's them down massively, alongside the blasé attitude that follows it.Effective management of clients, diaries and service should be just as important as the service quality delivered, unfortunately this has not been the case with Iconic.Needless to say I didnt reschedule for a 4th time...

They have just opened a salon in pershore I would not recommend them at all I had my hair done last week in the pershore salon with high lights and cut no problem with the high lights it was the cut had to pay again at Toney guy the hairdresser could not Believe it they said they Either could not cut hair or they had damaged it from the highlights from this to this

The staff were so friendly. Gareth my stylist gave me a very informative consultation before colouring and styling my hair. Extremely happy with the finish.
