It was my first time ordering from here, I paid for the BBQ beef with stuffed crust + mushroom. I got a original crust, no stuffed crusts, and only 3 small pieces of mushroom on it. Called to complain afterwards and no one answers the phone. The pizza did arrive relatively quickly.

Hands down the best joint in Enfield for a consistently delicious pizza fix!The pizza base, dough and sauce combined with quality fresh ingredients they use is far better than others in the area that I've tried. My favourite is currently a customised version of there Garden Party pizza.The quality of service is top notch every time and all the staff are very polite and professional when dealing with them. It's an easy 5 stars from me honestly.Make sure to order from the Papa Johns app for offers and rewards.

Poor customer service.. rude and sarcastic.Left me waiting 5 minutes hiding behind the pizza boxes..laughing on the phone. She knew I was there.Talking and laughing with someone on her phone via headphones whilst taking my order and making the food... then told me I was confusing her with the order. I'd should have said then get off the phone and pay attention to your customers . I wont be ordering from there again.. I'd rather spend my money else where.I wonder what the food standards would make of it!!!

Was given a seriously uncooked brownie TWICE, was told that I’m lying and that “it’s fine”, as you can see from the pictures it’s literally liquid!! The manager was really rude, I really don’t like complaining but this was a surprising experience!!

Denied having order when I called and asked why it had taken over an hour and a half then it arrived freezing cold to a neighbour 5 minutes later - very poor service

Never really had an issue with them to be honest on 1 rare occasion my pizza was slightly cold but considering I've been using these for pizza delivery for last 4 years 99% satisfied and good pizzas
