Always enjoyed eating here but recently the customer service has been shocking. Love the taste for the price so will not order anyone else. Second time that me and my partner ordered at a time they were open and because their drivers" finish at 11 o clock' they force us to collect it. I don't know in what business no matter if they order 5 minutes till you close or 15 you deliver that order. That's life. If I'm paying with it delivered I want it delivered! Your driver will have to stay until it is done! Where I work I can't just suddenly drop a plate or glass simply because it's at o'clock and I've finished! Disgraceful! Attitude is poor. Such a shame as I enjoy the food a lot. Just wish the customer service was as good! If it happens again i will have to look for other places to eat Chinese food"

Food had a strange smell, similar to old smokey bacon cooked in the microwave. The yung chow fried rice had fatty lumps of smoked bacon, rather than char sui pork and tasted disgusting. Ate some of the peking chicken and binned 40 quids worth of food, won't order from here again and I suggest you don't either.

Used to like this place, wasn't the cheapest but the food quite good. However this has all changed when the prices shot up due to the cost of living crisis. I get prices will go up but it's no excuse for the quality to go down with cheap ingredients (it shows in the meat and the abundance of peas now) food quite bland now

Ordered out tea for 8.15 (at 7pm) got a call at 8.30 to say something was out of stock and food would be delivered by 9pm…. At 9.30 we are still waiting!!! Phoned twice absolutely disgusting customer service kind of tough luck it will be there when it is we have been busy!!!

Ordered at 17.50 still waiting for the food to be delivered at 19.50After contacting them twice and being reassured our food was on it’s way.....never arrived!

Food was expensive so expected it to be delicious. When I opened the containers there was a weird smell. The house special chow mein and pancake rolls tasted very strange, but bland at the same time. The meat in the chow mein was slimy too. I definitely won't be ordering here again.Also saw orders for delivery sitting on the desk for a good 10-15 minutes.

Best Chinese by far. Order here almost every week and it’s consistently amazing. Know exactly what you are getting every time. Compliments to the chefs (I’m one myself) and Thankyou to the always polite drivers. A few times (including tonight) we’ve been sent something for free! Which is a lovely gesture and gets me and my partner to try new things. Win win. You should have more 5 star reviews than you have!

If I could give no stars I would !! Order confirmed for 7.05pm - 7.25pm delivery as we were out . Arrived at 6.40pm we weren’t home, called them. Delivery came 10 mins later , driver tried to charge me additional £2.50 for delivering , I explained I had ordered for specific time , he was rude , basically said they would deliver when they wanted to and walked off . Food was disgusting cold and over priced (prices have gone up portions are less too ) won’t be using again - Shame as we’ve been customers for over 5 years !
