Unite Students - Queen's Park House

It's a decent accommodation but the staff needs to be more cooperative.There are no common room like Study spaces or TV room or games room.But it's located at perfect location where there are many food joints, grocery shop and barber shop just outside the accommodation. It's very close to rail station as well.

Located at a very prime location with easy access to train station and bus stops and literally 10 restaurants/takeaways just next to the building. Very clean and well maintained place. Ideal for students. But if you are more into partying and binge drinking then this isn’t the right place as the Security is very strict. And they will throw your guests out in the middle of night if you misbehave, loud music or any anti social behaviour. It lacks a communal area. Laundry is very expensive. And rooms are tiny. And the prices are slightly on the high end side.

This accommodation is appalling, the actual space is nice but the staff make the entire experience of living here subpar. There is only one member of staff who is pleasant to interact with and the rest do the bare minimum. The cleaning" staff come in once a month to inspect the kitchen

They do not deal with flat issues well. My flat mate (dhruwangi shrotiya) used my blender while I was away and I had proof about it. We talked to the manager and he did nothing but let her talk for an hour and make up lies. I had pictures of the food that was blended up and it smelt like curry. She was the only person in the flat that cooked curry and my room was beside the kitchen. She has used my stuff before without asking. There also was a new blender box once this issue arose in which she Brought and she faked an amazon invoice and changed the name to a receipt. Deal with flatmate issues yourself don't trust them. Also they don't reply to emails well and are lazy whoever was in charge. I told them I'm leaving for London so we should deal with it later then they told the flat mate how long I'd be gone for? Like make it make sense. Deal with issues yourself and chase it up.

It's overall a good accomodation. Price is fair for an en suite room, you wouldn't pay less in a house, although the rooms are small. Staff is kind and helpful, they take all parcels for you. A downside is in theory you can only have overnight guests for 2 consecutive nights which is stupid when someone is coming to visit from abroad.

Nice and cheap accommodation for students but lacking a few quality of life facilities.

Lived here for a year and it's absolutely great. Had a flat share with two other people, a huge kitchen and very spacious room. The rent price is amazing considering what's included. (Room, Wifi,Kitchen, Council tax etc)There is plenty of space, the rooms are modern and colourful, the staff are very friendly and efficient. The area is close to the train station (7 min walk) and there are a few shops near by.You do have to pay for laundry separately which can be quite costly and there is no common room but overall this is a great place to live.

Wonderful student accommodation. As I visited this place and had a chance to look into this facility thoroughly and I am totally impressed by the standards of the place. My friend is very satisfied and feels lucky to be staying here. He is getting more than whatever he is spending. He told me there is no place empty means 100% occupancy Queen’s Park House. Thumbs up guys.

I wouldn't recommend this accommodation to anyone. It's not clean. I had problems with my flat mates with the kitchen, no one cleaned after themselves and it got to the point where there were maggots all over the kitchen three times in a short amount of time. The staff hardly did anything about it. The hygiene standards there are a joke and the managers are very inconsiderate and only care about the money. Price wise it's very cheap but other than that there's nothing good about this place. I would avoid at all costs. Worst accommodation I ever been to. Regret moving in. Staff take days to reply to emails, only a few seem helpful.
