I would give no stars if possible. I spoke with an advisor I believe to be by the name of 'Diane', regarding viewing a property which I had seen and was spoken to in a disgusting, rude, belittling manner. I was undermined and spoken to as if I was wasting her time. As a serious potential buyer I would have expected my enquiry to be taken seriously and not spoken to with such arrogance. I was extremely interested in the property and was looking to purchase, if on viewing it all seemed as expected, but I now would not deal with this company under any circumstances. If I was a vendor I would advise not to use this company as their attitude is very off putting to serious potential buyers and is likely to delay any sale.

Most properties are under offer .They need more properties .

The most professional, patient, friendly, and thoughtful group I’ve ever had the pleasure to instruct!I bought a property from them and their service was very professional and they kept me informed throughout. It was a smooth process.However, they really shone when I sold the same property years later. The process (due to my buyer’s situation & their chosen lender) was excruciatingly drawn out and highly stressful. It took over 9 months!The team were more than patient, efficient, & highly communicative between all parties. I sold my smallholding Lowmead Cottage on the Carmarthenshire / Pembrokeshire border with The Smallholding Centre in the spring of 2023 and am pleased to recommend Bill Chandler and his staff, Diana, Hannah and Holly for their all round excellent service, help and advice throughout every aspect of the sale. From my first meeting with Bill for his valuation right through to exchanging contracts and completion date the team went over and above in attending to every detail including showing potential buyers around the property, liaising with both sets of solicitors and my buyer, all of which meant I didn’t have to..Diana and Hannah were always there on the end of the phone whenever I rang for any advice or clarification which was very reassuring.As such what could have been the stressful process of moving ended up going so smoothly and without any trouble or issues that it ended in being quite a satisfying and enjoyable experience.So on that basis I’d certainly like to thank Bill and his team for the great result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone thinking of selling a similar property to mine in the area.
