Me and my partner ordered from here last night using Deliveroo. We were sceptical because we usually order from Creams but wanted to try something new. Firstly the delivery time took a while. When it turned up the cookie dough was in a foil takeaway container and definitely wasn't worth £8! The waffle was cold but edible but the milkshakes were probably the worst I've ever tasted, I ordered a cookie one and my partner ordered candy floss and we couldnt tell the difference as they just tasted like sugary milk. We couldn't drink them and had to be thrown away, straight after the food we felt incredibly unwell. Very disappointed in spending £25 on this.

First time we been today . We had a really bad experience today . We was waiting for coffee and Dessert nearly one hour after place our order . They was given more priority for delivery. Customer service is so poor. Also I had a really bad coffee even. Don't drink coffee from this shop.

Ordered with Uber Eats. Thought food was a tad expensive but as soon as I took my first bite, it was worth it. I had the chocolate sponge and my partner had the milk chocolate cookie dough, we were both very very satisfied afterwards. Delicious!

Very helpful staff on ingredients, had a great time here, my friend and I were very well looked after, and was totally full afterwards. Oatmilk Latté? no problem , Vegan, Gluten free options, wheelchair accesible, and open till 10pm. I didn't check for any Wifi as I was more into the delights in front of me. See images. Go on treat yourself to some Amsterdam lifestyle once in a while and just fast for the next few days ;) or go without breakfast and dinner like I did. Grab a menu and get discounts, lots of awesome icecream flavours, Krepes, Waffles.

Awful. Made my order completely wrong and was slow despite us being the only customers in there. Shouldve checked the order before we left but I didn’t think she would get it completely wrong. The crepe was rubbery and she burnt the waffle and had to re do. Not good quality. Such a same as it was expensive and was supposed to be a Friday treat but just made me annoyed and disappointed. Won’t be going back.

Looked nice, the fruit was nice on the topping, but the ice cream came warm and the waffle itself was extremely stale.A big shame really as it has potential.I appreciate Deliveroo is to blame for the hot ice cream but there is no excuse, at this price, for a stale waffle.
