I have recently instructed Liam at Jones and Co Harworth to resolve a tenancy dispute. I had an issue with a vehicle purchase, so I contacted Jones and Co and was put onto a Liam Bawden to help resolve. He assured me that after a letter was drawn up raising my concerns he would get the result I was looking for. He charged £585 for a 3 page letter that achieved zero on my behalf. I was dubious of having this work done as I didn't know exactly where I stood with the matter, but he talked me into it and then failed miserably to do anything other than line his own pocket.

Have recently used Jones & Co, Harworth for a tenancy dispute. I had tried to navigate the process of Section 21 eviction notice, possession order, attending court etc by myself in order to save money, not a good idea. I was given 2 weeks to rectify my mistakes by the judge which apparently was very lenient. Liam Bawden quickly understood where we were at and what we needed to do, and within weeks and the next court hearing we got the result which was needed. Very efficient. Great service.
