UPS Carlisle

Dropped a parcel off today , Amazon return to the US. The lady that received it didn’t know what the custom declaration was. She scanned the parcel , I asked for a receipt so I was able to track it, her reply was , “you’ve seen me scan it”. She was obviously going home I was keeping her back, her attitude was awful. So I might as well kiss my refund goodbye ! I’ve no way of tracking my parcel now. I will not use ups Carlisle again.

Wouldn’t even give it one star but had too absolutely appalling!!! Went to fine out about my parcel as the website would work and was met with a women who’s manner screamed ‘what do you want, I can’t be bothered helping you’ so I hope to never have to go there again as they were absolutely useless

Had to pick up a small envelope from a drop off location. Driver did not call at my address to attempt delivery just received a txt claiming delivery was attempted and its being taken to drop off location for self puck up. If driver did call at the address the small envelope could of been posted through letter box but no van visited the location. Absolutely disgusting lazy lie that delivery was attempted and will never use the company again,Delivery shed Carlisle. Delivery was scheduled for Ca1 3ad.

RubbishSo I've paid for a parcel to be collected at home by ups in carlisle.Its going to NZ, perhaps.Parcel compare are the couriers and their software tells me that I'm supposed to attach 3 Customs Declarations to the package and hand 2 to the driver, UPS. The Driver came and couldn't take the parcel because the Customs papers weren't there. Correct because they weren't printed off when I made the transaction.Parcel compare sent me a message that they affix the Customs papers when the receive the parcel at their Warehouse. Why don't UPS know this when they get an order from Parcel Compare.Why do I have be the one who has to sort this between these idiots?

As this is located in a business park with a one way road system and poor signage, finding the customer service door proved to be an issue. Once there dropping off the package was easy .

Expecting a delivery from ups today was told between 11am and 2pm but guess what nothing has someone waiting in all day for said oarcel , finally tracking updated at 5.30 pm saying parcel delayed by 1 business day , not good phones customer service to be told it was a transit delay but wouldn’t give any extra info the parcel left my local delivery office at 739 this morning so why should there be a transit delay absolutely atrocious service and customer service unable to give any extra infoDon not use ups if you need parcels on time on the day they say never again

Trying to get a parcel delivered - rescheduled twice due to spurious emergency bad weather claims. No contact available with local depot, central call line useless. 2nd day off work for no reason.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced.The attitude of the people on the phones is appalling and not helpful at all. Been told my parcel will not be delivered even after paying shipment fee’s until they get more information from the shipper even though they tried to deliver it before. After 3 phone calls and 30 minutes I get told no matter what they will not bring my parcel and I cannot collect it. Useless and hopefully never have to deal with UPS after all this is resolved.

Driver attempted delivery today but if I hadn't found the card on the path, (luckily), I would not have known they'd been to our home. The driver didn't even bother to make sure that card had been safely put through out letter box!!! What makes this worse is that I am waiting for for delivery of my wedding photos and if this is them I was under instruction to check the parcel before the driver left!!! Appalling service

Appalling company. My package was originally delayed so long that in the interim we had moved 400 miles away. I called customer services who rerouted it to a pick up location near our new address. it got to the local sorting facility in Carlisle and they took it upon themselves to reroute back to the original address. I set up a My UPS login to track it in detail and then called UPS again and they changed the address back to the one I had requested for the second time. It arrived back at Carlisle sorting facility who then changed the address AGAIN back to the original address and sent it back 400 miles in the wrong direction. I have called UPS again to ask them to sort out the useless Carlisle facility and they told me they have no contact details or even email facilities within their own company to contact sorting facilities. They have once again corrected the address which means the package will be travelling down to Tamworth and then back to Carlisle for the 3rd time. The original shipment was scheduled for a 1-2 day delivery and here we are 2 weeks later and the parcel has travelled more miles in those 2 weeks than I've done in two years. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
