Bath Giant

Have been dealing with Bath Giant for last few weeks.Had very good experience. Sean was very helpful without being pushy he was friendly and gave us good advice. Great quality good prices. Would recommend this business. Thanks again Sean for all your help.

My wife visited all of the bathroom stores in Hillington before chosing Bath Giant. She chose them because of their friendly and helpful staff. Sean in particular was excellent and went above and beyond to help us out. Can’t praise him highly enough. Order was delivered promptly and exactly when they told us it would come - great aftercare service as well.

Came across this place accidentally whole looking for another bathroom showroom. Quite impressed. Nicely laid out. No pressure sales but staff were happy to give advice.

Fantastic store! Amazing range of bathrooms and accessories everything you need to do your bathroom or shower room. I just got some really nice tiles there absolutely stunning! Have also got two full shower rooms. The staff are really friendly and very knowledgeable on the products and what I needed to get my job done. And the main point for me was the value for money! Would thoroughly recommend visiting!

Worst customer service ever from manager John and Sean cust service advisor. Never replied to any emails i sent about broken toilet seat excuse always short staffed. I was advised if i needed to return tiles i purchased on 15th Sept i would loose 25% of cost price. I was waiting on them telling me when my new toilet seat was in. I had to make several calls. When I called i told them when the seat was in i would return the tiles at the same time as I could not use them different shade from existing ones. At no time did they say i would need to bring the tiles back within 28 days. I went to the same company in Bellshill to try and save me a journey to hillington they could not help me. I returned the tiles on the 23rd Oct and collected seat. Sean told me I was 8 days too late and refused me any refund. He went to see if his manager could do anything. He came to speak to us and all he continually said was policy is 10 days however they breach that and go to 28 days. I was 8 days past this he could not do anything he would not be able to re sell the tiles. £95 i paid for 6 tiles. He advised if I purchased something else he could do something.I spent approx £3000 just over a year ago, i went back to try and get matching tiles and to take back a broken toilet seat.. He was not interested he said he would not be able to re sell the tiles. Manufacturer can take things back!!!!I travelled there to purchase, they have to order everything therefore you need to go back and collect or pay an expensive delivery charge.I reminded him of the timescale and lack of communication regarding the toilet seat and that I waited till that came into them to collect it at the same time I told Sean on the phone I was having to return tiles at the same time, he never advised me i was running out of time. If i was 8 days earlier i would have got a reduced refund and they would have had to put the tiles back in the warehouse and not be able to re sell as he said. Absolute rubbish.. I will never recommend them to anyone or shop there again.Full of excuses short staffed only 2 of them never get a day off, they have a policy in place and thats the bottom line thats all they have to say. Am the customer £95 out of pocket with tiles that are of no use. Made several calls due to no replies to my emails visted them 3 times and thats the service you will get.
