Always a professional, attentive service from the staff at the Ipswich Town branch. Such a shame that much of the town is in a very noticeable state of chronic decline. Perhaps it is time to move much nearer to an area where the environment feels safer and more welcoming.

My 9 year old had an appointment on 1/9/23 and I cant recommend Kevin enough. He explains everything so well, always has time he is NEVER in a rush to get the appointment done quickly. . He was great with my daughter who was a bit nervous about coming for a contact lens appointment. All staff here are very friendly and helpful. Cant recommend Kevin enough and Lara who dispenses the glasses. Both amazing. All other staff are friendly.

As always, the staff are friendly and helpful. Kevin takes his time to explain everything and puts me a ease. This only the 2nd time I have had my eyes tested here, and it's safe to say I won't go anywhere else.
