Purchased a used car from them that supposedly had gone through thorough checks, but a day after driving away I discover it's started to make a rattling noise when going over the slightest bump on the road. They promised the issue will be fixed from my local Mercedes dealership, but months later and they have been too incompetent or uncooperative to repair it.
