Great experience at Phone Stop this morning. So knowledgeable… lots of advice and help and no pressure into purchasing. I came away with a fantastic cover and screen guard for my new mobile and at a very very reasonable price too. Thanks for all your help. Highly recommended.

Had my phone fixed here over 3 times now, every time it has the same problem of the touch screen being faulty, 1 of the times the screen literally popped out of the phone inside my pocket (which I was blamed for by the shop). My fault for using them so many times for repairs but definitely won’t be going back to them after my touch screen has become faulty again for the 3rd/4th time. Ps, the phone screen became faulty the same week every single time! My fault for choosing price over quality clearly

I went here last week as I’d broken both my phone screen and the back glass. The gentleman in the shop was excellent and had and great customer service, even gave me a free screen protector. It took 3 hours to fix the both of them, which is not a lot considering the state it was in, and was a very reasonable competitive price. Once my phone had been received I noticed that my camera was blurry whilst taking a picture, so the man very kindly allowed me to take it back to shop in his spare time to fix it for me. My phone is now as good as new. I would highly recommend, By far the best and cheapest in Leek.

No surprise with the 5 star rating because they render more than a 5 star service.I got my Samsung screen replaced sometime last month. It was stress-free and cheap. I waited this long before I give my rating because it was my first time there. It seems my phone is better than new.Wonderful guys with integrity.
