Was recommended this firm buy a good client of mine. It was almost impossible to get them out to survey our 10,000 sq ft building, asked 5 times as I was told they were really good. In the end the gentleman came out to us, he was extremely pleasant and said they had been very busy. He promised a quote within a few days, which was not forthcoming. Chased him again and asked if he would prefer I go elsewhere? He came out with a cherry picker to observe the roof, again very charming, promised a quote within a few days but stated supply chain issues. Again no follow up, no quotes, totally useless. I can only assume they have enough good clients without taking on extra ones. Shame, as they are local and seem pleasant. Not a firm I will be recommending to anyone.
