Needed to contact customer services recently and they have been so helpful that I just felt compelled to leave a review and say a big “thank you”. With regards to my belissima clipper, it has proven to be a brilliant purchase offering a great cut and excellent battery life. It’s a real joy to use.

I ordered and paid for a hair clipper on 30/11/20. I phoned on 7/12/20, and was told it had been despatched to Royal Mail. Today, 11/12/20 Royal Mail say they still haven’t received it from Wahl. It was good to be able to speak to a customer service person, who gave me the tracking number, but it’s very disappointing that the goods haven’t been despatched yet.

Where's the zero-star option! Absoultely dreadful first experience having just purchased a pretty expensive clipper (The Senior) from them. Item arrived in a timely manner but then on opening the sealed pack, noticed some teeth missing from one of the guards. Then even worse, after charging the unit as recommended, it doesn't work at all ... will not switch on ... dead as a dodo! Helpline is closed, and no chat either. Instead you have to complete an online email" and without getting an immediate email acknowledgement that they've received it

Fantastic products and customer service. Victoria helped me today on the phone and, with her manager, resolved my issue swiftly and very effectively. It's so nice to experience great customer service over the phone these days.

Good prices for hair care equipment, for humans and animals. Repair service for their own equipment, reasonable prices. This is their main place in the UK, and had been since they started the UK operation many years ago. Or should be your first stop for trimmers, clippers, hairdryers, etc.

Awful product and service.I have purchased Wahl 14 in 1 Body Groomer and Hair Clipper Kit 9855-2417X 554/7317 and I am not recommending it to anyone.I bought it for my husband, after using it only twice it is broken. I called the company, first the telephone was ringing, but no one answered. After that the line was busy, I was trying hard to reach in vain;Don't recommend this brand, avoid it!!!

Top of the range products and top of the range company.I had a problem with clipper purchased in US I spoke to Wahl GB at Herne Bay and they were so helpful and sorted for me no charge first class thank you so much

Yesterday bought, but it doesn work!!! CT6 model..... don't ever buy this product! I bought on my traveling, now I cannot take my money back! 0 is a better

Always used to exchange my clippers over the counter as many many other local barbers and hairdressers have done for many years .This service was great and super priced .Now ,no facilities to do that any more and only offer a mail order exchange and this has been increased in price plus postage is required on top of that .I live in Ramsgate and the new facility is in ramsgate but you can't exchange local.I find this will cause some frustration for all barbers who used this facility for many years ,from probably all over Kent.Hope this can be remedied soon also the price .I can get a brand new pair from j and s in Maidstone for £35.00 ,Sally hair supplies for£35.00 .The exchange price just for the super taper is £26.00 ?Think this will eventually lead to no exchanges being processed from local or further a field for that matter .This facility should be reinstated as soon as possible.I'm sure I speak for many other businesses in the immediate area .Good luck in the new move .

I brought a wahl sanyo clipper from wahl and the item had a fault and they refused to refund or exchange for another one.They have very bad customer service and communication.I strong recommend for anyone to purchase any products from them.
