I cannot recommend Kiln and Lodge Estates enough. Scott dealt with our home sale from start to finish which began with a full market appraisal and valuation, this included advice on maximising sales potential with a full marketing package which included professional photographs. The team have excellent local market knowledge that I know other National / on line estate agents just do not possess (to evidence this the “free” on line estate agents under valued my property by 75k so using Kiln and Lodge more than paid for itself) Market valuation was achieved and sale agreed one day after launch and with multiple offers, this following a well timed and well organised open house event. However the service did not stop there, due to purchasing our current property through an on line estate agent (where the communication was quite frankly shocking) Scott was able to step in with a sensible approach to impartial negotiation which prevented the chain from falling apart on numerous occasions going above and beyond during the conveyancing period. Needless to say we are both grateful and very satisfied now we are in our new home and would not hesitate to use Kiln and Lodge for all future sales. Many thanks once again. Mark and Helen Harrison
