Quest Employment

I applied for a job with quest on a Wednesday. Had induction on Thursday and was working by Monday. I think that's great. So come on people no one has a reason no to join quest.

Corruption at it finest, forced into policies so they can claim commission upon signing up. Wages was never right took 3 month to get the money I was owed. They fiddle with your holiday pay so they can retain as much as possible. The list is endless. Avoid at all costs always try contact companies direct for employment, don't give these agencies the satisfaction.

Staff in the Stoke office seem very incompetent. They were provided with every bit of ID they asked for, set on and then refused to pay as the ID they had wasn’t sufficient?! But they let someone over the door to do the training/induction. Sounded like a cop out to not pay to us. This was after being struck off from Amazon due to 1 digit being entered on the application form wrongly, even though they had the number in the office, they were chased by email on the job, they took the easy way out. Extremely badly managed. Wouldn’t touch again

I was let go because I suffered from a seizure at work which is discrimination and was lied to about the reason why I was let go, I was working at dunelm and met great people there and was doing so well until I was let go from there, nice people but not honest at all.

Please avoid they are not professional

I wouldn't waste your time on this agency, they don't pay you for the hours you have worked. Then they try come up with excuses saying it's dunelms fault yet clearly stated how many hours they owe me for on the phone witch the contract states if the agency know how many hours you have worked by law the agancy still have too pay you for the hours even if they havnt been paid by dunelm them self's..... then when you try explain your situation all you get is the same payroll women sitting there laughing an they also refuse too put a manager on when you ask for one I'd aviod quest if I was you .....

Applied for a part time weekend role at Amazon at Trentham Lakes. Was given a choice of interviews via email. None of which i could attend as i explained i already had a job and wanted a second income. Then given a phone number to ring. Which gave me another number to ring. Then another number to ring and no one answered. Tried for several days then gave up. 2 weeks later received a text saying my application was withdrawn as I failed to attend the my interview, which I was never able to arrange in the first place.

Quest was prompt and efficient. Took just a couple of days for me to start working. Got paid in a timely manner. Fantastic and helpful staff.
