Was such a dreadful experience, my prom nails did not turn out how I wanted them, they snapped off in 4 days, weakest acrylics ever. I was appalled by the result and I’m embarrassed to get them redone at a different studio, no one should spend prom with their hands in their pockets, I was charged £34 for acrylics that weren’t the shape, length, colour or design I asked for, over priced and over rated
