One star is definitely to high scoreAlways 2,5h on the line before someone pick up the phone. Each time I have called they provided different information, each agent says something different and then you ending without knowing what's going on. They don't send paperwork on time to garage and basically you need to call them to ask for the paperwork to be sent out but anyway you waiting 1,5 week for a courtesy car! Avoid avoid avoid

Terrible company, they don’t reply to any emails. However they like to send you lots of emails, threatening to cancel policy without any reason. Oh and with the box they provide you , you are only allowed to drive when it’s light outside. So during winter months, that would be between 9 am and 4pm. Of course that’s not explained in the policy. They Increased my premiums without any explanation. I had to go through financial ombudsman to get my money back , if I could give 0 stars I would.

Avoid!!! This place is a joke. One Star is to much. You wait for 2h for them to pick up but you get dissconnected because the lines are full or if they do pick up they tell you they’ll call you back but they never do. Black box was not working properly and no one responded to emails to Sort it out. Car got stolen and never got the Courtesy car our policy said we should get.Even if you think you can’t afford different insurance avoid them. It’s not worth the stress.

I thought I would be open minded after reading all the negative reviews on google. It seems that although the organisation is aware they have poor service and really poor google reviews, they still do not do anything about it. They copy and paste the the same response to every complaint or poor review (please see each review it has exactly the same reply). I have tried for hours and hours to get through. A good price for insurance which seems reasonable, but if you need to speak to someone I can only wish you the best of luck as you will not get through. The customer service is shockingly bad. You will never get through on the phone unless you make it your goal to get through as a full time job.

Terrible company. Claim ongoing since 4/4 and it is now 22/11. in 27 emails I have had 2 responses. Phone lines always closed with the same message for 8 months which says 'due to staff training'. Spoke to the switchboard and they said the administration team are understaffed so emails take 5 months to be read.Made two formal complaints and neither of those have been responded to either.

One piece of advice if they are not responding to you go straight to court it’s not worth waiting they ignore your emails on purpose, now they stopped accepting phone calls from third parties as well so you can email them only so it’s easier for them to ignore you. Most unprofessional and frustrating company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

Worst car insurer around. Avoid at all costs. Had a car accident in December. Heard nothing until February. My car got taken away from a salvage dealer. Took 2 months to then get paid out as my car was not fixable. It’s now been 8 months since my accident and I’m still trying to get my excess back as it was not my fault. Lead me round in circles telling me that they will claim it for me. Now they are saying they won’t. DO NOT GO WITH THIS CAR INSURANCE CONPANY. THEY ARE JUST A ACAM

As everyone else has said definitely avoid this company. I've been on hold for over 3 hours everyday for a month just to be told they'll call back and they never do. They've told me absolutely nothing about the accident, made no effort to deal with the 3rd party at all, my car was salvaged weeks ago and I've heard absolutely nothing about it.So far they've just been taking my money every month just for me to get nowhere with them and be left with an open claim because they are incompetent and don't even know how do do their jobs.Editing this to add I keep trying to call at 9am, 9:05, 9:07, 9:10. You're meant to be open by then, but the call always gets cut off by saying you're closed and not open until 9. Clearly no one at action 365 knows how to do their job properly. Don't advertise you open at 9 if you can't be bothered to actually open the lines for calls.

Do not use this company. My van was broken into in February and I am today calling them for the 15th time. You’re on hold for an hour, told a manager isn’t available, case handlers are unavailable and told someone will call you back. I’ve never had a call back. Not 1 since February.They’ve had independent assessments of my vehicle. Passed. They’ve had garages approved l. They’ve got a third party case handler (Sean, great guy) email them 5 times chasing an OK to proceed email now for 15 weeks. Not once has he been responded to. This company is a joke. Avoid it like the plague. Even if it’s the cheapest option by some way. It’s not worth it. Sam, you should be ashamed of the money grabbing organisation you have created. However I bet you give zero ^**#s. It really shows

This company should be called no action for 365 days ltd;Do not entertain buying a policy from this company!!!!staff are rude, untrained, careless, emails and communications will not be answered till they reach a 60 day deadline. Claim will go on forever even after my policy is ended in the same time I bought a mortgage and paid it off fact. I’m still chasing up on my claim payment to be settled they which by the way had been settled by 3rd party company months ago. they are a micky mouse company your better off without this companies’ services.What this company done during the claim made no sense whatsoever as they put me at fault when 3rd part accepted the liability for hitting me in rear end but, action 365 said I hit 3rd party. Absolute nonsense.Furthermore, my accident happened November 2022 the 3rd party confirmed paying out on April 2023 to MGA / Action 365 and they yet keep telling me that they haven’t received the payment to forward on to me.I would also like to high light the fact that I’m a van driver and these guys said I’ll have to wait for over 2 months to get a courtesy van.whatever you do spend a little more money and go for a reputable insurance company not this group of thieves and fraudsters.FYI im still having to make 2-3 hour phone calls to chase them up and get things done.
