What an enjoyable experience! I can't recommend Warren's breadmaking class highly enough. We arrived to the delicious and welcoming smell of fresh coffee and warm chocolate and apricot bread. Warren patiently guided us through the making of seven different types of bread during the day. Some we sampled at lunch time out in the garden overlooking the lamas and alpacas. All my loaves were a success ( Phew!) and I have made several loaves at home since. In fact I have vowed never to buy processed bread again. The process is simpler and quicker than I had expected, so much more healthy and the taste is just something else! Don't hesitate to book this fantastic class!Thank you Warren.

Had a fabulous day learning from Warren who is a very passionate bread maker. A very relaxed atmosphere baking in his kitchen with a group of just three of us. We had an al fresco lunch on the decking where the spread included pittas we had made earlier in the day which I thought was a nice touch. We made a variety of loaves from a simple cottage loaf to buttery brioche rolls to loaves with an exotic twist such as cumin and caraway. I took home so much bread at the end of the day, each of them tasted delicious and I am happy to have learned a new skill. Definitely a course worth doing!

We had the most wonderful relaxing day with Warren. We learnt how to make and bake different types of bread. The best part is we got to take them home with us.Warren is a wonderful teacher and his passion for baking breads has rubbed off on us, we can’t wait to try baking them at home.I can’t recommend this course highly enough, you will love it.

We had the loveliest day learning to make a variety of different breads! Warren explained everything so well and we left with a new found confidence in, and excitement for, breadmaking. I really cannot recommend the experience highly enough! Perfect for both beginners and more experienced bakers!

A really enjoyable day! We made 6 different types of breads over the course of the day and Warren is a really natural and engaging teacher. The homely environment made for a really relaxing day, and we enjoyed a tasty lunch with some homemade baguette in the sun too. I am not a natural baker in the slightest but after this course I feel much more confident, inspired and excited about baking bread. Thank you for a brilliant day!

We had a great day of bread making with Warren, producing at least 8 different kinds of bread including pitta, brioche and whole meal. With his brilliant tips and direction I now realise where I have been going wrong all these years! He is a lovely teacher and creates such a relaxing l, fun atmosphere. I love his no gimmicks approach to bread making. Lunch was great and a chance to sample some of our wares. We had lots of lovely loaves to take home with us too. I would thoroughly recommend a course with Warren. It.would be a great experience present for anyone. Best of all, I can now confidently make my own delicious bread!

Amazing day spent learning ways to bake delicious bread. It was well paced giving time to enjoy the textures and smells of freshly baked bread. We thoroughly enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere in Warren’s welcoming home throughout the day.

Brilliant course - well worth doing if you're interesting in making bread or like me have tried it a few times but not had much success. Despite having watched a lot of videos online, my own results were not great. This course revealed to me which bits I was getting wrong, and which bits I was overthinking! I haven't bought any bread since! The course is very cleverly structured so that you're making loaves all day, and by the end I had several loaves, buns, baguettes, brioches and pittas to take home. And there was still time for a few coffee breaks and a nice lunch to keep us going. Great fun - I'm hoping to come back for the more advanced courses. Thanks!

Had the best day at Highs and Loaves breadmaking! Warren was a great host and we had so much fun, also left with a selection of amazing bread that we baked!! We had a lovely lunch featuring the pitta breads and baguettes we made. Such a relaxed atmosphere and I can't recommend it enough!!!

If you want to learn how to produce home baked fresh bread quickly and with all the ingredients most of us already have in the cupboard, then this is the course for you.I spent a very enjoyable day as part of a very small group in a regular domestic kitchen, producing six breads (and learning about so many more). Warrens passion for bread is infectious and his ease at communicating effortless. We ate, drank, chatted and baked over the course of the day in a very comfortable setting and still took five different breads home for the family to enjoy and marvel at.Be warned! You may never buy a supermarket loaf again! It really is that simple to produce your very own fresh, delicious, and inevitably healthier bread, which is what we all really want to be eating. I’ll certainly be practicing my newly acquired skills and being more adventurous with seasonal herb and spice additions. I hadn’t realised quite how easy it is to create such unique flavours which elevate the humble loaf to even more lofty heights.This was a very valuable course and a fantastic reminder about how creating real food is actually a very simple process.
