My crown fell out and my dentist wasn't around to fix it. I called Valley Dental Practice and they saw me the same day and fixed my crown perfectly . They were fantastic including the receptionists who were the best I have ever come across.

First visit to Valley & certainly not the last. Maxwell was able to refit my crown in a on one visit. Very impressed with the togetherness and family atmosphere among the staff.I Felt like it was more about helping you, than trying to bump up the cost, like many other dentists.Valley you are a credit to the Dentistry profession.Thank you

Always friendly and professional on every visit. Philippa is an amazing hygienist who clearly loves her job and is very gentle and offers expert advice to keep my teeth and gums clean and healthy. My last visit, I was offered to see the dentist straight after my hygienist appointment rather than wait for another 6 weeks. Trying to get an appointment is difficult due to work commitments so being offered an appointment there and then was great. 5 star dental practice and I always recommend to my friends and family.

I really appreciate the care shown by Dr Botha Jnr. Repairing my crown that fell out. I called and left a message to say what had happened and the surgery called me within the hour to say I could have a cancellation that had come up that morning. I was so grateful for the help and the treatment was 11/2 hrs as I also needed a filling which only came to light as the crown had come out, it was all done and was a very gentle treatment, thank you so much.

I have been a patient of this practice for more than thirty years and have always received first class treatment from Mrs Robinson and her staff. The Practice itself is modern, bright and immaculate; the staff polite, friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely concerned to make the experience a pleasant and worry-free one, and the quality of the treatment top-notch. Worth everyone of the five stars given to it.

I am not very keen on seeing a dentist but maxwell who I saw yesterday was amazing, not only a lovely man but also a brilliant dentist, sorted my broken tooth within the hour. Not even any discomfort during or after. Definitely recommended .

I am petrified of the dentist but had to go due to a problem. The dentist Maxwell was very considerate towards my anxiety, he was calm, quiet and gave reassurance. He kept checking I was OK throughout the treatment. The TV on the ceiling to watch during treatment was a really helpful distraction. All staff were lovely, friendly and patient. I have had half of the treatment and have to go back in a week for the rest and feel much more confident about returning. The surgery is very nicely set out and immaculately presented.

I'm so happy to have found this practice on google! Every member of staff (from receptionist, to hygienist, assistants and dentist) are incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating.Philippa (the hygienist) was so approachable. She was gentle but gave my teeth a proper scale and polish and made me feel very comfortable the whole time.Dr Botha is the most thorough dentist I've ever been to. After the 'new patient assessment' I instantly trusted him and I could not be happier with the results of my new smile! Thank you to the entire team for being so wonderful.

Very happy with this dental practice. It was my 1st visit to the practice and everyone was really nice, welcoming and friendly. My check up was really thorough and everything was explained to me. I needed a referral to get something checked, I left about 9am and I had a phonecall from the referral place about 11.30am which shows how quickly they had processed the request.I'm very happy with the service I've received and to have found such a professional dental practice.Thank you
