They answered the phone, 'yup' I asked if this was a taxi service, they hung up.I tried to call back and they didn't answer. Not a great start.

Didn't turn up. Called to check they were still coming and assured us they were but 10 mins later still no sign of them, luckily there was a taxi dropping someone off on our street so we hopped in that taxi. Almost missed my hospital appointment (which they knew about). Unreliable with no apology even though I had the courtesy to advice them we didn't need there services anymore.

It was a good journey with his taxi. Went from Peterborough to Heathrow Airport and the fare was very reasonable. Driver was good to communicate and the taxi was very neat and superb. Reached airport before time. Highly recommended to others .
