Very beautiful experience to do around Christmas time, good sized ice Rink - I'd recommend booking online as tickets are slightly cheaper plus you skip the hassle of having to worry about it on the day. You get 50 minutes on the ice and it's the last year they will be doing it - doing it after sunset with all the lights on will have you feeling really Christmasy

Got here before they opened to avoid the queues and would definitely recommened doing this to others! Othetwise you can easily queue for hours. Had a great day and saw most of the place in about 4 hours. Did have to wait and come back later on to see the dinosaurs as we were told it was already too busy, not that anyone else seemed to be listening to that!!! Also never managed to figure out how to get in to see the cucoon as all the signs lead to big empty room which was a shame. Other than that it was a nice day

Great on the animal kingdom, specially the dinosaurs and mammals. Don’t miss the T-Rex, pretty amazing The human body section is very entertaining and fun to explore, however, some areas need to be fixed and/or updated. Great museum for both children and adults.

Couldn’t even use the ice rink as it was totally water logged, loads of people complaining and no one to receive complaints at all on site. All of my children was dressed up as we annually go to use the rink as a family tradition for Christmas but when we arrived in good order we saw the rink as it was in a terrible condition could not be enjoyable for us as a family. Nobody wanted to take responsibility nor talk about any problems of the rink, although everyone agreed it was terrible to say the least, and when I asked about refunds to the staff everyone just pointed to everyone else until I eventually got an email address after complaining for about an hour. Very very sad to not be able to use as has been tradition for years with my family, and I can’t recommend it as it stands at the moment. In reality nobody wants to help when your there as there was no customer service at all… All the kids were left disappointed, family day ruined and no help from skating managers on site at all as we had to leave with no kore then a email info address and talk of a no refund. See pictures. I have written to the IMG as well for the sake of trying. Let’s see….

Ice rink is finally up and running again this year. The place is the most beautiful in London in a great location no doubt about it.Rink is on a medium size but good for casual skate or a fun activity.Rental Skates themselves are very painful, equivalent to a vice on your feet due to zero padding inside the plastic shells. These might be older than the kids skating on the ice rink and one of the biggest problems here in London.Blades are not very sharp but they do their job just fine. I had no issues.Price is steep but very common for London.I enjoyed skating here despite the downsides, one visit is all you need, wouldn’t recommend making this a regular skating spot.Best time to go is in the first couple of sessions as there wont be as many people. During my skate I had around 30 people on ice which allowed me to have some fun and not worry about bumping into other people. Plenty of space for falling kids as well.

Was really well organised. Had so much fun. There was space to leave bags and coats securely. Really good atmosphere and friendly staff. There's food stall serving mulled wine which was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend.

Easy to get in and quickly to get skates, not to packed and plenty of penguins for the kids. Good cafe upstairs and plenty of seating.
