Dinesh Patel of AFS conducted the funeral services for my beloved late father in a professional manner. From the moment he arranged for my father's body to be taken from the care home to his premise followed by arranging for the date of the funeral at the crematorium was very satisfactory. He had also allowed the family to carry out a small pre-cremation ceremony to be conducted at his premise. his time keeping was immaculate. I would recommend AFS's services without hesitation.

Dinesh and his family were very supporting and caring and put us at ease. Provided a very lovely service from start to end. Mum would have been proud!

I have to say a special thanks to Dinesh and his daughter for providing a very caring service. This was the first time I had to organise a funeral and they made it very easy. The funeral day itself was very calm and ran on schedule. I am very grateful to Dinesh and his team.I had to bathe my mother in law to prepare for the funeral. This was naturally very difficult, however Dinesh's daughter was very clear and concise on what should and should not be done. Her presence was appreciated. During a very stressful time Dinesh and team were very supportive. Due to our location, he helped us organise everything start to finish taking the stress away at an emotional time like this. They also ensured all our requests were met without hesitation and Dinesh ensured everything went smoothly for us. His support on the day and prior was priceless. Asian Funeral Service (Leicester) NO Business Moral or EthicsThere’s no place here to give this company minus review and it would take me many pages to explain what went wrong and total lack of professionalism in handing departed loved one.Upon death of my Father-In- law which occurred on 17th Dec 2022 in Coventry. Asian Funeral Service (Leicester) were called in to assist in handling the deceased.The reason they were called was because few years back the business was located in Coventry, and my uncles who called, did not realize they had relocated to Leicester.What followed was series of errors, lies. and misinformation and at time of grieving total lack of compassion or any organization abilities.This is putting it mildly:We were not given any support on what the process would be and were assured it would be carried out before Christmas.No details were provided on when one could see the loved one before final cremation. Never happened.No Business ethics when they realized that the departed one was in Coventry, and they were in Leicester.They should’ve recommended somebody in Coventry for ease of organizing ceremonies.Lied about providing cremation documentation to secure place at the time of grieving.We called the Crematorium directly, only to be assured that the information provided by Funeral Director was incorrect.Not once did the Funeral Director visit the house to assure our family funeral would go as planned or provide any guidance.Asian Funeral Service (Leicester) from what we now know was one man operation and NO facilities to carry out the preparation of deceased.He uses other Funeral service Provider who can prepare the body.Day before the Funeral he sends our family an Invoice to get it paid ASAP which was the most insensitive thing to do.The Invoice was presented on the day of the Cremation just after the service was completed.Simply put this was the worst experience anybody would want to face when dealing with death of loved ones.Please STAY AWAY from this Company even if you’re in Leicester or nearby.This Man uses his ethnic backgrounds to assure people he knows what he’s doing.

I recently used Asian Funeral Services and the owner Dinesh Patel assisted us throughout the process. Dinesh clearly explained what happens next and he arranged everything in front of us. We managed to organise my great aunties funeral very efficiently with his help. The day went very well, the timings were organised well and instuction was clear. Dinesh will make sure all the areas are covered, we had a hindu funeral and all aspects of the day were thought of and arranged clearly. I would recommend asian funeral services.
