Efficient, never lost goods (can't say that about everyone), and good value.

They delivered a large radiator with only the driver to do the lifting, so i had to help unload it from the back of their lorry - weighed a tonne. On top of that they wouldn't take the large delivery palette away so I'm stuck with that on my drive... The driver was lovely and couldn't fault him, but Nidd Transport shouldn't be asking one person to deliver heavy items like this, its dangerous for everyone involved.

I have been using Nidd for UK and World wide shipment’s, in my Role as a customer services manager for a manufacturer near Thirsk. Yesterday we received a consignment which Delamode Nidd imported on our behalf. They took care of the import documentation for us and the pallets arrived on time and as promised. Forklift lads will do anything to help you once you have get past grumpy sat in the office

One way system site gated so you have to buzz in. I had a 40foot container palletised load so a quick tip 22 pallets about 30mins max onsite.I went when the farmers where muck spreading so your nostrils are tested

Be careful if thinking about going for a job with this lot if my experience is anything to go by.I applied for Transport Planners job through an agency and was requested to go for an interview. When I got there was interviewed by the Director who was not the guy who was making he decision and the guy who did was on holiday so total waste of time. Was asked back for a second interview with the other guy 10 days later at the start of March. Was told decision would be made in the next two weeksDespite asking for feedback on numerous occasions and been told by the agency that they have ben told by this lot I was 90% I was what that they required and they were having trouble finding people with experience to interview I have still not received an answer / feedback. In the age of email and modern communication I find it disgraceful especially as I had to make two round trips of 75 miles each to attend interviews and if I can make the effort then so can they

YK17 UGO/OGU 4/3/20 S/B A1M 17:10. Driver thinks it's funny to cut back in on a fellow driver leaving about a metre of space between the back of his trailer and the front of my unit, no indication, just a cowboy driver. Looks very much like a cowboy outfit by the quality of their drivers.

Very Horrible and rude customer service. started booking a shipment with Richard Doran and he wasted our times and last minute asked us to go to another forwarder, I wrote this review as I strongly believe the company owner needs to know how the employees 's behaviour affecting his business. such a shame!
