A brilliant trip. Fantastic roads, great accomodation,out of this world scenery and a great bunch of blokes. Probably just the right mileage too.Hopefully going to do another trip with them next year.Highly recommend.

Just completed the latest tour with these guys,. I’ve done a lot of European touring over the years but never a guided tour, so didn’t know what to expect. I found it to be a great experience, the planned routes and hotels were excellent, our guide Paul was great and encouraged us to go at our own speed, no pressure to keep up or stay with the group, by the second day I was off on my own meeting the rest of the group for lunch coffee etc. I would recommend this company to riders of all experience levels, personally I appreciated the routes as most of the roads were amazing. Only downside was the Ducati which appeared to hog all of the photo opportunities.

This was my first guided tour. Having organised trips to Europe in the past i wanted to try a guided tour and decided to book with Columus after finding them on the Internet. I did the Route Napoleon in September and found it exceeded my expectations. The hotels we stayed in were better than I expected and routes and roads we rode were brilliant. The tour was very well led by Paul with good stop's for food and photos. Paul was very calm and patient with any problems anyone had, sorting our satnav problems and rerouting when we came across the occasional road closure. Brilliant tour with great company. Will definitely be touring with Columus again.Thanks Paul. Top man.ROB

Excellent Paul was very helpful and reassuring that i have booked up for the 14 day Grand Tour of the Alps.

Five stars, worth every penny.64, wanted an adventure to see friends in Germany, never travelled alone, never ridden abroad, not much spare time to plan the trip, found Paul online and called.Result.He organised the entire trip around my destination in south east Germany, including Shuttle, good hotels with secure parking in interesting towns and decent menus/cold beer/wine list, and a customised travel brochure with map/routes for each day, countryside routes whenever possible.This included stops for fuel, coffee, lunch and interesting sights, and a general talk through of the area. He also planned the entire route for my Garmin which was easy to load and set up. I also received an easy dry t-shirt and an invaluable metal water bottle.A list of recommend clothing and equipment was much appreciated, have now also discovered the wisdom of seamless underwear, wish I’d known before leaving, spent much time up on the pegs trying to sort vulnerable parts from the cheese wire effect, but hey, you live and learn!When I got into a little difficulty first day out, I was able to call Paul who got me back on the straight and narrow. I would think I’d probably spent best part of 2 hours on the phone to him over the set-up period, he never missed a beat. I left feeling I had a support team. Friendly, calm, knowledgeable, supportive, informative and reassuring, he made something potentially exciting but pretty unknown and daunting into the experience of a lifetime I shall always treasure.Thank you, Paul, I would, and have recommended you to anyone on two wheels, I look forward to joining you on a tour and planning more solo journeys of my own with your help,What you created for me was absolutely brilliant, thank you.

Excellent trip, really enjoyed it.

When we bought our Honda Goldwing two years ago we were not sure how we could explore the European countries by road. We had no previous experience riding in Europe. We looked at the options of different tour companies and finally decided to go with Columbus motorcycle tours. We went on the 14 day Alps, Dolomites Grand Tour in July 2023. We were amazed with the fantastic experience we had. The tour was meticulously planned and the hotels were exceptional. Paul-our guidelooked after us very well. It was a small group, which helped get closer and enjoy the evenings after the ride out. All in all it was one of the most memorable holiday of our lifetime and would definitely do it again. Thanks again to Paul for the wonderful experience.
