Rory came to our property last year to clean our gutters. No problem at all and he did a good job. We were advised parts of our guttering were damaged and that some parts needed to be replaced. We asked him to replace them which he did and we paid for it. Shortly after, the gutters were leaking again. September 2021 the gutters were supposedly fixed and in October 2021 they were leaking again. Fast forward a year and Rory is yet to turn up to our property to help rectify the issue. We have left countless messages, texts and calls since October last year. We’ve been promised several times by him personally that he would come and fix it on X day. He then sadly doesn’t turn up. Now that we are having more rain, I am having to phone other companies up to help assist. Nice enough bloke but unfortunately we won’t be using him again and advise others not to
