George helped me to take control of a long standing issue which had controlled my life for 10+ years. I went into hypnotherapy somewhat sceptical, after having completed 5 sessions with George my only regret is that I hadn't done it sooner. My session with George was very rewarding. I have gained some food for thought going forward. What I found particularly interesting and extremely useful was the concept of a safe room/space. I find myself thinking of this room quite regularly and it gives me great comfort.Living in the moment, not worrying about the past or the future is something I already knew but George made me mindful that I really do need to live by this. I have found that after our session I am able to “let go” of negative/bad thoughts and feelings much more effectively and a lot quicker than I was able to do before. I thought I was living by one of my favourite phrases – Never take life seriously as no one gets out alive as a matter of course; but … I wasn’t!George has a comforting, humanitarian persona which made me feel validated as a human being.I think that hypnotherapy alike to various other care would need some reinforcing sessions. If you can afford these sessions, I believe them to be great value however, my session was free as a first consultation.There is nothing better than sitting and chatting with someone who has a genuine vested interest in your wellbeing. George has chosen the correct vocation and no … I did not know him before my consultation.I am not advertising but merely giving a truthful account of my experience of my hypnotherapy session which I hope will help others.

What an incredible experience this has been. I am in such a great place mentally and emotionally. I have motivation to move and complete daily tasks that seemed too overwhelming before. I feel at peace with myself and I thank you George from the bottom of my heart. You have been extremely kind and patient. You helped me to figure me out. George helped hugely with my fear of flying. Starting my five week course with George I would get anxious at just the thought of being in an airport and on a plane. After the end of my course I flew to Cyprus and back very successfully, with minimal anxiety and completely avoiding the panic attacks that I'd previously experienced. I experienced a wonderful past life regression hypnotherapy session today with George, at Whitaker Hypnotherapy. George was very knowledgeable, thorough, welcoming and enthusiastic in helping me fulfil my hypnotherapy requests. When I heard of George and what he does I’ll admit I was a little sceptical and apprehensive but George is a very professional person and did a good job in explaining the treatment and how it works. He works with you very well and always adapting his methods to suit your needs and to get to the desired outcome.I visited George to sort out my anxiety and sleep issues. I used this route as other treatment methods didn’t seem to work and I wanted to avoid medication and although we only saw each other around 8 weeks, his treatment worked wonders, it’s almost like magic.
