The Fencing Shop

Jacket ordered for son's Christmas present had bizarre stitching problem. Even though he was already on his Christmas break, the owner of the Fencing Shop bent over backward to get a perfect replacement with me in time for Christmas. 5 star communications and 5 star customer service. The fact that his supplier gave him a dodgy jacket isn't his fault.

I have order 2 different time in the space of 2 weeks from this establishment and in general, they do not fill me with a lot of confidence.Nothing was wrong with the first order but the glove and mask do not fit hence I had to return it. Instead of refunding the original, they paid" me the refund via paypal and I had to pay out of my pocket to cover the paypal fees.Second order

This website is very very unsafe, my son got all of his eyes gouged out by the delivery man while handling the rapiers and they broke!!! Will want a refund soon, how dare they send us low quality rapiers FAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
