Switch were excellent. I have used them on more than one occasion and cannot fault their service. The work was top notch, they arrived on time every time and the staff are great to deal with. Lee really helped in every way he could on multiple occasions and even helped me with certificates and advice after or business was concluded. These days its hard to find old school service like this! First class company.

I have used Switch a lot on quite a few different properties and I've never been disappointed. As a landlord, and someone who does full refurbishments for other landlords, I need a company who are reliable, trustworthy, turn up on time and act in a professional manner, and Lee and his guys always do. I know all I have to do is get in touch with Lee, and whether it is a faulty shower, a full rewire, an EICR report or whatever other issue, it will be dealt with as soon as he possibly can. Excellent service!!

About a month ago, I was following one of Switch’s vans in traffic. Having just bought three new light fittings I wondered if they might be the people to install them. I looked the firm up and found they received very positive reviews online. They are also highly rated on Check a Trade. I decided to go ahead. I contacted Switch via their website and got a reply that very same day, from Lee. Arranging an appointment to install my lights was very simple - again via email. Any correspondence is answered promptly.The reviews I read were all true. Excellent service with polite un-intrusive staff who arrived on time. The workmanship is of a very high standard and my electrician left his workspace very clean, having hoovered up dust created during light installation.With regards to prices, I would say they are very reasonable indeed.I would highly recommend this firm and will use again in the future should I need electrical work carrying out.Since I posted this, I’ve used Switch again. Same reliable service. Punctual. Efficient. Very high standard.Thank you.

We use Lee for a lot as a business for our rental properties, he never lets us down. Always punctual and reasonably priced.I had Lee and the lads out to perform a multitude of tasks on my home residence. They arrived early, attended with everything they needed for the job. We came across an unexpected issue with one of the jobs but they didn’t complain and just cracked on to get it done. Cleared and tidied away and ensured I was happy with the job. We had a tricky situation with fuse switches flipping without cause - had a couple of people out to look at it before who weren't able to fix it. Lee was super attentive and kept working to find the problem even though it wasn't immediately obvious and gave advice on how to monitor the issues in the meantime. They also did the wiring for our new kitchen. Can't fault them at all - on time, super professional and really know their stuff. 100% recommend.
