I posted a negative review last week which has since been deleted. The Nurse called Emma treated me with contempt and made me feel insecure about my mental health, I was disgusted. The fact that my views have been deleted proves to me that defamation of my character was totally unacceptable.

Rang 126 times from 5pm which they are meant to be open until 6.30. Never listen to you on the phone say they will speak to gp but they don't and you are still asking over a week later for the same thing. the GPS don't listen either. clearly don't have paitent health care as their main priority. Absolutely shocking gp surgery tbh the only person who actually gets stuff done is the practice manager he deals with your problems promptly and efficiently.

Quite rude staff you go there for a reason, and to be met by staff who are quite abrupt and rude well what more is there to say.
