RTEC look after both my Mercedes S63 and my wife’s Polo GTI. Their professionalism is top notch, servicing is exactly the same as main dealer except more competitively priced, and generally they are very pleasant, thoroughly competent, reliable people. Definitely recommended if you have a German car, or frankly for pretty much ANY car!

The Guys at R-Tec have been amazing, from service and repairs to our camper-van to modifying and tuning our track car. Adam in Gorseinon is one of the most knowledgeable guys in the industry and is always on hand with Technical expertise as-well as friendly advice. I have used three of the service centres and find the lads a great bunch to deal with who share your passion for all things motoring. When I was unwell the guys at R-Tec went the extra mile to keep me on the road and I would be reluctant to go anywhere else.

Excellent service every time. All the staff are fantastic. My wife has never been so pleased to visit ANY garage in the U.K., as she is so well treated by polite pleasant informative staff. Especially the Workshop Manager Nathan, who always goes the extra mile.We’ve been using R-TEC since 2016 and, out of choice, would not go anywhere else.

Absolutely outstanding customer service. Emailed a video of the work done to our Audi Q7 and kept us well informed of the work that was needed before hand. I couldn't recommend this garage enough. Excellent attention to detail and very reasonable. Thank you so very much. Our beast is once again running like a dream!

Couldn't recommend R-Tec Gorseinon enough!Had my first full service done on my Merc CLA with them today and the staff/service were outstanding.All the guys were friendly, and gave me a thorough run through of the car following the service, including all work done.If you're looking for an expert service at a competitive price then honestly look now further!
