The Bromford House
Had an order from here last night and I have got to say the impact it has had today has been merciless. I ordered a beef curry which was dry with thick sauce and prawns in black bean sauce which was in fact really nice. The impact of the beef curry has affected myself and another family member, having a bad stomach and stool to the toilet. I have ordered from here before and have been pleased but yesterday’s order has completely turned me off this place.

Food wasn't good at all. It was the only Chinese open late night so we had no choice but to eat here. The rice was over cooked and the char Sui pork was bland. They didn't do crispy chilli beef a classic Chinese dish and the ribs were chewy. The spring roll was nice but was drenched in oil. Wasn't drained at all.

WARNING!!!!! DO NOT eat from here!! Me and my partner ordered our meal got it home, opened to find RAT/MOUSE dropping inside the prawn crackers!! Who wants to find droppings in the food disgusting needs shutting down !

Very disappointed. I have been using this take away for years. Don't know wether they have changed hands. But I orderered and paid for a chicken chow mein and received a chow mein minus the chicken. I rang them only to be told they would send another one but there would be a charge…. I will never use this take away service again. VERY POOR

Worst ever, been using this place for 20 years, recently changed management food half cooked, tasteless, complained and was basically told the problem is with me, such a shame it was so good before these took over, never again

When we first found this place it was fab but delivery times going down hill quickly, suddenly from 30 mins to over an hour, even tonight I called to check delivery times (while everything ready on just eat) I was quoted 45 mins but over an hour later food arrived with pink chicken and not for the first time.

Have been using this place for over five years. Always enjoy the food, freshly made, hot and very tasty. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended
