Next Place did a fantastic job keeping us updated with the progress of our purchase of a house recently. Luke showed us round the property and was very diligent with the initial price negotiation phase, and then once an offer had been successful, Nicola was amazing in helping us navigate through the minefield of solicitor issues. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service all round. We were looked after from sale to completion. Luke who dealt with our sale was polite and kept us well informed. The after sales care from Nicola was exceptional. She kept us updated every step of the way. Abbie was also great and helped out with the after sales.

A great service from start to finish. We bought a property through Next Place and were so lucky to be looked after by Nicola. Nicola will go above and beyond to help and is one of the most hard working people I have ever met. I DO NOT recommend this agency.They are the worse and unprofessional.We rented one of there houses on 70 Kettlebrook Road for more then 4 years ,we paid a deposit of 830 pounds and in October we give the notice that we are moving.Before we go we paint all the walls ,door and leave everything how it should I can say that much better then how we received the house.I chase my deposit and after 2 weeks we have been told that a constructor will come and evaluate the damages which was just an excuse to don’t return our deposit.We moved on 20 October and on 24 October they put already the house on sale so this is the proof that we left the house clean and without no damages how they said.They took almost half of my deposit saying that they found proof that we had pets in the house which was NOT true.I just recommended to everyone who is renting make pictures how you receive the house and also how you left it.We also had a problem with the rats which they come in the bathroom under the bathtub because the house is not constructed properly and which now is on sale by the way.

Where do I start, if I could put more stars I would! The best company I have used, my house was on the market for 4 days & I had an offer! The service they provided is next to none. Abby from sales progression was absolutely brilliant with us, keeping us updated all the time, she is so nice & her customer service is amazing honestly can’t speak highy enough of her. Holly was so professional and has been so helpful in the process of finding us a new home as we have had news that we need to find a new property fairly quickly as our current landlord needs our current house back she is excellent and has put my mind at ease in terms of making me feel like we will find somewhere else to live! She is a credit to next place
