The first appointment all went fine with no issues and a very friendly team. My second appointment was cancelled due to a dentist leaving the practice which I can understand as these things happen but I didn't appreciate being kept on hold for 15 minutes. My rearranged appointment has now also been cancelled with a month's notice. Avoid this dentist unless you're willing to bend over backwards to accommodate them rather than them accommodating you.Recent had a letter saying they were now accepting appointments after covid, only to ring and find out they had no reception staff and to call back next week. What a joke

This place when run by My Dentist gave me and my family terrible service. They took me and my children off nhs list, when I complained I got barred and called abusive!!I used no bad language or threats but complaining is obviously not allowed either!! We were there for years with no issue and good dentists. Recently the service we had was disgusting. They said our removal was my fault for non attendance.The new company who recently bought the practice have been most helpful and couldn't be nicer. They have offered to treat us as private clients.

I rang at 08.30 for an emergency appointment and was seen at 09.45 the same day !The receptionist was very helpful and Nelson was my hero ! He fixed my problem and I can’t thank you guys enough.

Been with the dentist Practice for 10 years and couldn't fault them until the last 18 months they have really gone downhill, I haven't been able to see a dentist because the NHS dentist left, I kept waiting for a appointment, I got offered what I thought was a hygienist appointment wasn't anything like the service I expected, then got offered a dental appointment which turned out to be on there affordable dental plan and not NHS which cost me a fortune, then they want £392 for two fillings, which are £65.20 on the NHS.Overall I'm very disappointed, be very wary when they offer an appointment, double check what your getting and how much it's going to cost.

Six years ago asked to join Surgery under the NHS scheme,Receptionist stated ‘no vacancies at this time but will place you and your wife on the waiting list’ . Visited Surgery this morning again asked to join Surgery and was informed ‘Sorry no vacancies at this time ,but could put you on a waiting list ‘ when I asked how long would it take, was told we struggle to keep NHS Dentists . Disgusted HADLEIGH Pensioner !

If I could score zero I would. Went to my January appointment - the door was locked and no one there at all - no message to let me know. Got to my appointment today and was advised by a lady on reception (who incidentally should not be in any public-facing role of any kind, due to the absence of any etiquette but had bundles of 'couldnt-care-less' attitude), that all appointments were cancelled. Lady then proceeded to tell me in the same terrible manner that the text confirmation I'd had 2 days ago, reminding me of my appointment, was from Head office and nothing to do with her, and that everyone had been contacted to cancel - which I hadn't. I was polite throughout but glad I tongue-in-cheek thanked her for the inconvenience on my way out. Avoid this company at all costs! Lady on reception - you're in the wrong job!

I have been with them for years but after constantly cancelled appointments then no dentists available but said the hygienist would probably pick up any problems. Now the hygienist has gone up nearly 10% again - time to find a new dentist.

Apalling serivce, Wont see exsisting patients under NHS, I didnt make an appointment during the pandemic and was kicked off the NHS list because I had not been for 1 year. Stange that my friend saw them last week after 3 years. Used to be an excellent practice, now only in it for the money. So much for looking after locals. Tried to complain to the practice manager who wasnt the slightest bit interested. Tried again today to speak with them only to be told to make the complaint" so thats what I will be doing!!"

Would like to thank the new owners of my dentist. I don't like going to the dentist. My treatment was pain free .All the staff are friendly and professional. Service with a smile.well done.

I've been a patient there for 3 years yet they have only checked my teeth twice. Every appointment has been re-arranged and then cancelled. They are now advertising for private patients on their website yet can't deal with the patients they already have. I wouldn't bother!
