Worst car park ever! Came to look at the Christmas markets and took literally 2 hours to exit carpark. The machines didn't work to pay beforehand and so we had to pay at barrier and because it took so long to get out, my fee for parking was nearly double to what it should have been. Would never use again and its put me off chester in general

The view at the top of this car park is amazing. Really should think about a car park roof top bar for the views of Wales.Great parking facility even if a little pricey compared to the older market parking that we use to have.Lots of spaces.

Modern and new and certainly felt safe to leave the care here overnight. Entrance is far too narrow and a badly designed bottleneck. The pricing is outrageous. Spent just less than 24 hours here but got charged £27, (two lots of the advertised £13.50) for stays of over 5 hours. Queried this with customer services who advised that the system resets at 7am. In my opinion a complete rip off!!

I never use this car park when visiting Chester, as the Little Roo Dee car park is easier to get to. However, as a new car park specifically for central town parking, something needs to be said and it's not positive. The layout of the ground floor and traffic route for people arriving and leaving is utterly ridiculous. The ground level is intended for EVs and charging them along with being the route in and out for visitors. However, they didn't take two directions of travel into account and as it stands on a busy day, it's an utter nightmare getting from the ground floor to the first. As you drive in you have to make a 90deg right turn, followed by another. However, cars leaving are trying to do the same (in the other direction) and due to it being a pinch point everything gets gridlocked and moves nowhere slowly.Whoever decided that you can fit two vehicles in the space of one failed spatial awareness at a very basic level.Do not use this car park on a busy day, use the Little Roo Dee, Watergate Street or Chester Race Course or even Park and Ride.

Probably not the cheapest, but certainly the cleanest car park I have ever visited. Yes, it's new but so what?A little tight in places but hey, you're not driving at 70mph. Perfect location for the Cathedral and town centre, especially for graduation ceremonies. We'll done Chester!!

Whoever gave this carpark an award clearly did so before people started trying to use it!Do not use this carpark at busy times unless you want to be stuck in your car for an hour on entering and then again on exiting. There are multiple bottlenecks at the entrance/exit which causes gridlocked traffic every time it's busy. Took us an hour from entering to get into a parking space even though there were plenty of spaces available.

Doesn't deserve 1 star. Parked in a clearly marked disabled bay next to electric charging points which bays were marked in blue. Sign on the wall said blue badge holders only as is the norm for disabled space, underneath was a seperate sign saying electric charging point. So I took that as disabled or electric parking space. On returning to my car found a parking fine. Apparently it's only for electric charging. Just money making and ripping people off. Will not be visiting this city again.
