Did a great job on a lovely designer coat I bought from the charity shop which had an inexplicable chunk cut out of the bottom. Their seamstress took a look and then fixed it, using the inside of a pocket to replace the missing bit - pretty well invisibly and very skilfully - so I now have a very smart coat for a very few pounds. Thank you.

I was really impressed with the customer service. I bought something and wanted to return it, I was outside the time limit and wrote to them in disappointment. Irfan not only offered the refund but a free replacement. He really went above and beyond to help. They couldn't have done more, it was a lovely surprise. Thank you!

Insanely over-priced. £6.50 for a shirt if you aren’t a member and even with membership more than almost anywhere else. The people are nice and the store clean but I would never use this place when there are so many alternatives.

The worst dry cleaning experience I've ever had. Sent in a near-brand new white shirt that came back riddled with brown stains. 50 pounds. When I asked for a refund they refused. Impossible to contact anyone in customer service. Avoid at all costs - go to a nearby cleaner that is far less expensive with far better service.

The atmosphere in this shop is very uncomfortable. The semesters is possibly the rudest person I have ever met; she kissed her theet and gave me a dirty look because according to her I was taking to long to try my dress on, I was trying only for a few minutes.She was very snappy. Disgraceful behaviour. It is way over priced too. I won’t be going there again.
