I needed a flatbed at short notice. Pulling up I wasn't sure I'd made the right decision. However, the customer service was excellent, the van, although old, ran perfectly and I managed to get everything I needed to done. Spot on would highly recommend.

Spoke to a polite and friendly man about hiring the luton van for my friend moving house. Had to cancel twice before due to council changing the moving date. This company was very understanding and polite. Finally got a moving date. Van is booked. Looking forward to collecting van and finally move. Thank you for being so nice. Good prices. Cheapest and best truck rental in the West Midlands. Hired an XLWB on a Saturday and returned same time Sunday morning, no issues. Staff are friendly and professional; the site is easy to get to.

Needed a Luton van with a tail lift to move house at short notice. I received a really friendly, professional service from my first contact with WTR. The van was fine and the price excellent with no hidden extras. I would highly recommend them and definitely use them again.

Great service and friendly staff. Was able to book fairly last minute for house move and was unsure whether I would need it for one or two days. The bloke at the desk was happy to allow an extra day for a discounted price providing I notified them before 6pm. Luckily we didn't, but was peace of mind.Returned morning after and the check out inspection was quick. Would recommend great value.
